Le Tour de John Forrest National Park

Another awesome weekend trip by The 5 Stooges, John Forrest National Park
(Great Eastern Highway, Greenmount, 6056 WA)
More less 20++ km from our place in Perth

To enter this NP, poor 5 stooges  need to pay AUD11/car....
A small contribution for the park maintenance and conservation purposes

First thing first....
The 5 stooges having a breakfast @ early lunch in the picnic area
The 5 stooges  ate like no tomorrow...
Everybody hungry like mad cow since we leaving home without breakfast

Old bridge and small river near to  the picnic area
We came during late summer, the river totally dried out

Scenary behind our picnic area
Stone and stone..... but looks amazing!!!!!

Finish our meals as fast as we can....
And began our journey to explore the park
The Eagle View Walk Trail will bring us to the Hovea Waterfalls.....

Just after the trail starting point,  we saw a bluish... and sometime greenish small dam/lake

In the middle of the track, we found this little house
Look awesome...

The outback of the national park... incredible place for mountain bikers

After nearly an hour we walked thru small bushes, we arrived to our destination...
There is... a waterfalls!!!!!
Can you see it?

There is our waterfall... without water
The scenery must be awesome during winter/spring
The consensus by The 5 Stooges, we should return this coming winter/spring.....

Actually there are more to do in this awesome national park but for some reason or reasons, we decided to end our exploration here...

Took the signboard photo on the way back....

~ End of journey ~
